Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our services or engaging in construction projects with MSC Constructions.
1 Introduction & Scope
Welcome to MSC Constructions ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital platforms and strictly apply to all construction, renovation, and consultation services provided by the Company.
By engaging with our services, signing a contract, or registering on our portal, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2 Project Proposals & Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided through our dashboard or via email are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is subject to a formal site inspection and signed agreement.
Estimates are based on visible conditions. Unforeseen structural issues discovered during demolition or construction may result in a Variation Order and adjustment of the contract price.
3 Site Access & Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide clear and safe access to the construction site for MSC Constructions staff, vehicles, and machinery during agreed working hours (typically 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday through Saturday).
4 Payments & Invoicing
Payments must be made according to the Payment Schedule outlined in your specific project contract. Typical milestones include:
- Deposit: 10-20% upon signing.
- Progress Payments: Upon completion of specific stages (e.g., Foundation, Framing, Lock-up).
- Final Payment: Upon practical completion and handover.
Late payments may incur interest charges. MSC Constructions reserves the right to suspend work if payments are overdue.
5 Materials & Variations
We strive to use materials specified in the contract. However, due to supply chain volatility, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality with prior Client notification.
Any changes requested by the Client after work has commenced must be documented in writing via a Change Order request through the dashboard. These changes may affect the timeline and total cost.
6 Timeline & Force Majeure
MSC Constructions will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, we are not liable for delays caused by "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions causing unsafe work environments.
- Strikes, material shortages, or supply chain disruptions.
- Pandemics or government-mandated lockdowns.
7 Warranties & Defects
We provide a warranty on workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of practical completion. Structural warranties are provided in accordance with local building regulations (typically 5-10 years).
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by third parties, or damage resulting from lack of maintenance.
8 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
By creating an account or signing a contract, you agree to these terms.
